6. Consider Ordinance 2022-38 regarding PZ-2022-1541 a change of zoning, on approximately
75.29 acres generally located at 14501 and 14511 US 79, from Rural/Agricultural Zoning District
(R/A), Manufactured Housing Zoning District (MH), and Business Park District 2 (BP-2) to
approximately 43.79 acres of Light Industrial Zoning District (M-l), and approximately 31.50
