Texas, located at 1051 County Road 401, Taylor, Williamson County, Texas for the FM 973
Roadway, Water and Wastewater Construction Project and authorizing the institution of
condemnation proceedings to acquire the necessary land rights in the event that negotiations are
unsuccessful.
