5. Consider Ordinance 2022-21 to change the suspension of the prohibition of alcoholic beverages
on public property and rights-of-way within the Central Business District except within Heritage
Square and Pierce Park. (Mark Schroeder)
6. Consider Ordinance 2022-19 to amend Chapter 19.5 Parks and Recreation, prohibiting
consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages within Heritage Square and Pierce Park and
provide authority to the City Manager to temporarily allow possession or consumption within
parks normally prohibited. (Mark Schroeder)
7. Consider Ordinance 2022-22 Increasing the Over 65 Property Tax Exemption and Establishing a
Disabled Persons Exemption. (Jeff Wood)
