5. Consider Ordinance 2022-14 amending Ordinance 2019-28, changing the zoning of
approximately 756.00 acres of Single-Family Residential Zoning District (R-l) to 756.00 acres of
General Commercial Zoning District (B-2) with a Commercial Planned Development Overlay (B2/CPD), addressed as 201 FM 3349, Taylor, Williamson County, Texas. (Tom Yantis)
