Items 1 & 2 - 1. PZ-2018-1085 - Conduct Hearing on a request from Juventino Posada, at Lot 3, Block 8, Washington Heights, City of Taylor, located at 804 Maple Street, for the following Variances to the noted sections of the City of Taylor Zoning Ordinance: 2.7.3.7.a, to encroach 5' 10" into the front 25' yard setback; 2.7.3.7.8, to reduce by 200 square feet the minimum dwelling size (1,400 SF); 2.7.3.10, to provide zero masonry veneer facades on the structure (3 sides of the first story are required); 6.4.4, to utilize gravel road base as a driveway & parking surface (paved surface, free from dust and loose particles is required); 4.3.4.4, to omit the required covered front porch.
