LLC, at 2806 Bull Run, being Creekside Addition, Block G, Lot4, for a Variance to the Taylor Zoning Ordinance Section 4.3.2., Measurements and Special Circumstances for Yard Setbacks, which states that setbacks shall be unobstructed from the ground to the sky, to allow required parking spaces to be located within the front yard setback area.
