PZ-20161025 - Conduct Hearing on a request from the property owner for a Variance to the Taylor Zoning Ordinance Section 4.3.2., Measurements and Special Circumstances for Yard Setbacks, which states that setbacks shall be unobstructed from the ground to the sky, to allow an accessory structure (to replace an existing accessory structure in the same location which is legal non-conforming, but at a higher elevation so as to preclude flooding) to be wholly within the side setback in the northeast corner of the lot.
